Thank you for shopping with Coastelle. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on the carrier and your destination.

Shipping Rates
We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at thecoastelleofficial@gmail.com

Delays
Occasionally, delivery may take longer than estimated due to high demand, carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help — reach out anytime and we'll check on your order.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Coastelle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days at thecoastelleofficial@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
