Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Coastelle bag. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at thecoastelleofficial@gmail.com with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund.
